How to Measure Your Bust
- Stand up straight and relax your arms.

- Check that the tape is straight and level all the way around.
- Keep the tape snug, but not too tight.

How to Measure Your Shoulders
- Stand up straight and relax your arms.
- Find the edge of one shoulder where the shoulder seam would sit.
- Place the end of the measuring tape on that spot.
- Stretch the tape across your upper back.
- Measure to the edge of your other shoulder.

- Do not wrap the tape around your body.
