While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, sizing, and availability, Tailored does not warrant that product information or other content is error-free, complete, or current.


    By using our website and making a purchase, you agree that Tailored shall not be liable for any damages arising from:


    * Delays or interruptions in service,

    * Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information,

    * Issues related to third-party shipping carriers,

    * Misuse, improper care, or alterations of products after purchase. 

  • Where do you ship?

    Tailored Business currently ships throughout the United States. Orders are processed promptly, and tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. If you have any questions regarding shipping or delivery, our team is here to assist you.

  • How long does it take to receive my package?

    * Tailored partners with major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver orders across the United States.

    * Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.

    * Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional 

    *If you haven't received your package within 7 business days (minus holidays), please don't hesitate to contact us. 

  • Delays and Carrier Responsibility

    * Tailored is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    * Once a package leaves our facility, the risk of loss transfers to the carrier.

  • Incorrect Address

    We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

  • What happens if the package is lost or damaged?

    * If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team @ cnietostailored2you@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.


  • Shipping Costs

    * Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

    * Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly stated at checkout.

    Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to waive or limit your rights under applicable Texas consumer protection laws, including the Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (DTPA).


Returns

  • Refund Policy

    At Tailored, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, so we’ve created the following refund policy to ensure a smooth process for our customers.


  • What items are eligible for return?

    * Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. 

    * If the clothing item arrives with stains, rips, or other damage.

    * If the order is missing items or accessories that were part of the clothing.

    * If you received the wrong size from what was ordered.

    * If the  package did not arrive within the specified timeframe.

  • What is the refund process?

    1. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at cnietostailored2you@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.


    2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).


    3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
